Everything to Me
This is a song my dad wrote years ago about his younger days living near Los Angeles. I changed a few words and liked it so much I recorded it for my self.
Everything to me
Songwriter - Tim West / John West
Album - Robin Hood
When I met you I bet you didn't know
That I was in love with you right from the go
My heart was pounding and it would not stop
Uh darling you were making me hot
And you were just a mystory
but I got you to smile back at me
And the rest is history
You're everything to me
You are everthing nice
Just like they say honey sugar and spice
And there's a fun place that I know
So what do you say lets get out of here and go
And in a flash we were history
Out to solve all our mystories
She became everything to me
Everything to me
Down at Sunset was a Halabaloo
And up at Griffith the LA Zoo
And people filled the air with magical sounds
While you and I went on the merry go round
And I caught you just in time
I got to hold you one Friday night
Uh darling just you and I
Just you and me yeah
Just you me oh darling
Your everything to me
